Do you accept commissions?
Yes. We work with a number of businesses, production companies, publications and tourism boards. We are always excited to hear about the next great assignment. Please send all enquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where is your book stocked?
We have a list of current book stockists on our website here. But we always recommend to call the bookstore in your neighbourhood and ask for it. Support your local book store!
Do you ship internationally?
We do, but it’s expensive to send books from Australia. We do offer shipping globally through our website. For prints, it’s a little less complicated (they are lighter). Please email us with any direct enquiries.
Are the prints framed?
No. All prints are unframed.
It's risky business shipping framed works, not to mention costly. We think it is better that you pick out a frame that will work the best in your space. This may only make sense once you have the print in hand.
We are happy to advise and assist with framing within Australia. Let us know what your are thinking and we should be able to point you in the right direction.
Can you print images other than those available on the website?
Yes. If you have seen something we’ve posted on instagram that you especially like and want to discuss printing, send a message to email@example.com.
Can you print sizes other than those specified on the website?
Yes. Send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get a custom quote back to you ASAP.
Will the print be editioned and signed?
All of our largest prints (110cm x 80cm) are in editions of 20. All prints will be signed by the artists unless otherwise specified.
When will my order arrive?
Book orders typically take 3-5 business days via regular post. We will be adding an express option very soon.
For prints, usually 5-10 working days depending on printing, shipping, and public holidays. If requested, we can arrange faster delivery at additional cost.
