Parsley Bay is the hidden public gem in Vaucluse’s private treasury. It’s impossible to deny a sense of discovery and awe as you step into the deep valley between steep narrow walking paths and a canyon of estates. We like to dive in for a swim from the ramp on the north side and explore the seascape that changes with every season. Then we roll out towels on the jetty or sit on the rock outcrop above. Parsley Bay is hard to leave, we often spend a whole day there. Now you can have your own sun-drenched moment with it.
